摘 要:为了研究橡胶粉对纤维增强水泥基复合材料韧性的影响,采用橡胶粉制备PVA纤维增强水泥基复合材料,对其强度和韧性性能进行测试,并采用SEM对试件断面微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明,加入橡胶粉以后,复合材料的抗压强度出现降低,抗折强度先增大后下降,而韧性性能迅速上升;试件底部出现了多缝开裂;当橡胶粉用量为15%时,试件出现了明显应变硬化现象;当橡胶粉用量过大时,韧性反而下降。此外,结合微观力学原理,对橡胶粉的增韧机理进行了阐述。It studied the effect of rubber powder on the toughness of PVA fiber reinforced cement-based composites. Rubber powder was used to prepare PVA fiber reinforced cement-based composites and its strength and toughness properties was tested. The micromorphology of the cross-section for specimens was analyzed using SEM. The results showthat the compressive strength of the composite is lower and flexural strength increased first but then decreased,toughness performance is rising rapidly; the multiple cracking appears at the bottom of specimens; the specimen appeared obvious strain hardening phenomenon when the amount of rubber powder is15%; but,the toughness become worse with excessive amount of rubber powder. Finally,the toughening mechanism of rubber powder was analyzed combined with micro-mechanics principles.
