摘　　要：经过近30年的发展,泉州市经济取得了辉煌的成就。但进入21世纪后,泉州经济遭遇了极大的挑战和困境,泉州模式已悄然发生了变化,探索如何更加适应泉州经济发展的新路子即新泉州模式,成为泉州市众多企业特别是民营企业的首要任务。转型升级势在必行,而作为企业转型的根本和基础的企业文化决定了企业转型的成败,要实现企业的转型必须先转型企业文化。After nearly 30 years of development,the economy of Quanzhou city has made brilliant achievements. But after entering in twenty-first Century,Quanzhou's economy suffered great challenges and difficulties,the Quanzhou pattern has quietly changed,to explore how to adapt to new ways of economic development in Quanzhou is the new Quanzhou mode,as many enterprises in Quanzhou is the primary task of the private enterprises. Transformation be imperative,and as the basis of business transformation of the enterprise culture determines the success or failure of the business transformation,to achieve the transformation of enterprises must transition of enterprise culture.
