北京市社区居民人格特征与抑郁状态的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究北京市社区居民人格特征与抑郁状态的相关性。方法采用大五人格简易量表(NEO-FFI),流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)对北京市15个社区常住居民进行调查,对大五人格与抑郁状态进行相关性分析。结果 1抑郁状态与神经质、外向性、随和性、责任性有关;2抑郁状态的不同程度与神经质、外向性、开放性有关;3神经质与CES-D量表关系最紧密(r=0.716,P<0.01)。结论可使用NEO-FFI对高危人群进行筛查,有针对地进行早期预防和干预。Objective To study the correlation between NEO five-factor inventory（ NEO-FFI） and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale（ CES-D） of community residents in Beijing. Methods NEO-FFI and CES-D were used to measure the 15 communities in Beijing and the scores were analyzed. Results 1The depression was related to neuroticism,agreeableness,extraversion and conscientiousness; 2The different scale of depression status was related to neuroticism,extraversion and openness; 3Neuroticism had the closest connection with the score of CES-D（ r = 0. 716,p 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion CES-D and NEO-FFI can be used to evaluate the depressive state in order to enhance the early identification and intervention of depression.
