综合护理应用于神经阻滞麻醉患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对神经阻滞麻醉患者的心理状况及血液动力学的影响。方法将我院收治的120例神经阻滞麻醉患者平均分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规麻醉前访视和麻醉处理,实验组在常规麻醉前访视和麻醉处理的过程中适时进行心理干预。监测患者的血压、心率,并通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的心理情况。结果麻醉后各节点实验组患者的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),心率、血压明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合护理能够减轻神经阻滞麻醉患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态,并能够维持麻醉期间患者血液动力学的稳定。Objective To investigate the therapeutic evaluation of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with nerve block anesthesia. Methods 120 nerve block anesthesia patients who got medical treatment in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group,patients in experimental group were nursed with traditional preanesthetic supervision and anesthesia,whereas those in control group were nursed with comprehensive nursing,supervise their blood pressure and heart rate,and Assess mental condition via SAS and SDS scale. Results The SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were significantly lower than control group after anesthesia（ P 〈0. 01）,rescue success rate and satisfaction rate were significantly higher than control group（ P 〈 0. 01）,blood pressure and heart rate were significantly better than control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with nerve block anesthesia,simultaneously,it can maintain the stability of the patient’s blood dynamics during anesthesia.
