团体辅导治疗大学生网络依赖效果的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价国内团体辅导治疗大学生网络依赖的效果,为有效控制和改善大学生网络依赖提供依据。方法计算机检索CNKI,Wan Fang Data,Vip,CBM数据库,检索时间从建库至2014年9月31日,查找团体辅导治疗大学生网络依赖的所有对照试验研究。由2位评价者纳入与排除标准对所获文献独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和方法学质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终共纳入11篇文献的577例研究对象,其中试验组267例,对照组310例。Meta分析结果显示,网络成瘾量表评分比较的合并MD(95%CI)为-9.22(-12.95^-5.49),症状自评量表(SCL-90)总分比较的合并MD(95%CI)为-14.81(-27.63^-2.00),感情与社交孤独量表(ESLS)评分比较的合并MD(95%CI)为-5.12(-8.10^-2.14)。结论团体辅导治疗大学生网络依赖有较好的效果,可以增强有网络依赖大学生的社会交往能力,改善强迫与焦虑症状。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of domestic group counseling to the Internet Addiction Disorder of college and university students. Methods We electronically search CNKI,Wan Fang Data,Vip and CBM to collect all the controlled trail Group Counseling to the Internet Addiction Disorder of College students from the establishment dates to September 31,2014. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data,and assessed the methodological quality of included studies. Then meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5. 3 Software. Results A total of 11 documents involving 577 subjects investigated were included,267 cases were experimental group and 310 controlled group. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the MD（ 95% CI） of combination of comparison on The Internet Addiction Grading Scale was- 9. 22（- 12. 95,- 5. 49）,the MD（ 95% CI） of combination of self-evaluation scale（ SCL- 90） and total score comparison was- 14. 81（- 27. 63,- 2. 00）,the MD（ 95% CI） of combination of grading score of emotion and social loneliness scale（ ESLS） was- 5. 12（- 8. 10,- 2. 14）. Conclusion Current evidence indicates that group counseling on College Students＇ Internet Addiction Disorder treatment has a good effect,and can enhance a network dependent college students social communication ability,improve their forced and anxiety symptoms.
