摘  要:目的了解中国学生自我效能感对考试焦虑影响的程度,为寻找有效降低考试焦虑的因素提供理论支持。方法从中国知网、万方、维普资讯数据库,筛选出2000—2013年间研究中国学生自我效能感与考试焦虑关系的文献41篇进行Meta分析,共涉及学生27 506名,使用相关系数r作为效应量。结果整体上学生自我效能感和考试焦虑之间存在中等程度的负相关(r=-0.365)。考试焦虑与不同自我效能感指标的相关均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.05),效应量的绝对值在0.028-0.457之间。考试焦虑测量工具对考试焦虑与自我效能感之间关系的影响有统计学意义,不同受教育程度的被试群体之间考试焦虑与自我效能感的相关无统计学意义;前者效应量的绝对值在0.022-0.713之间,而后者效应量的绝对值在0.060-0.582之间。结论中国学生自我效能感和考试焦虑之间关系密切,且不受学生年级影响,而考试焦虑的测量工具调节了两者之间的关系。Objective To explore the relationship between self-efficacy and test anxiety among Chinese students. Methods Forty-one primary studies were identified with a total sample size of 27 506 participants. Results Overall,the correlations between self-efficacy and test anxiety were moderate( r =- 0. 365). Different standards of self-efficacy moderated the correlation( the absolute effect value of the various factors were 0. 028- 0. 457). Additionally,results indicated that test anxiety measurement differences moderated the correlation between self-efficacy and test anxiety( the absolute effect value of the various factors are more than 0. 022 to 0. 713). Education level didn't moderate the correlation between self-efficacy and test anxiety. Conclusion Self-efficacy and test anxiety are moderately correlated among Chinese students. The correlation is moderated by test anxiety measurement.
