濮阳市高中生故意伤害相关行为分析

摘　　要：目的了解濮阳市高中生故意伤害相关危险行为流行现状,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用中国青少年健康行为调查问卷,对随机分层整群抽取的2013年濮阳市2 311名青少年健康相关行为监测资料进行分析。结果13.4%的高中生经常受到欺侮,男生(12.6%)高于女生(5.5%)(χ2=35.30,P<0.05)。上放学没有安全感、打架斗殴的报告率分别为8.7%,14.9%。4项心理—情绪障碍报告率由高到低依次为学习压力(29.1%)、孤独感(17.2%)、伤心绝望(14.6%)、失眠(12.4%)。过去12个月,高中生自我伤害倾向、自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀行为报告率分别为14.6%,2.1%,7.0%,2.0%;离家出走意念、离家出走未成功、有离家出走行为的报告率分别为42.7%,7.5%,7.4%。结论濮阳市高中生故意伤害行为报告率处于较高水平,应引起相关部门的重视。Objective To analyze the epidemiological situation of intentional injury related risk behaviors among high school students in Puyang. Methods ＂China youth health behavior questionnaire＂was used to survey 2 311 students from 12 senior high schools in Puyang City. Results About 13. 4% senior high school students had been bullied constantly. 8. 7% students felt insecurity when go to or back from school. The report rate of fighting in students was 14. 9%. The detection rates of four psychological-mood disorders were 29. 1%（ study stress）,17. 2%（ loneliness）,14. 6%（ desperation）,12. 4%（ agrypnia） respectively. And the rates of self-injury,suicide ideation,Suicide plan and suicide behavior were 14. 6%,2. 1%,7. 0% and 2. 0% respectively; the rates of leaving home ideation,unseccessful leaving home and running away from home were 42. 7%,7. 5% and7. 4% respectively. Conclusion Injury behaviors in senior high school students in Puyang are at a high level. More attention should be payed on this phenomenon.
