“平人”的内涵解读及其对健康维护的启示

摘　　要：中医学认为"阴平阳秘"就是健康状态,《黄帝内经》所提到的"平人"即为健康者。探讨健康是医学永恒的主题,维护健康是医学的宗旨。从词源学的角度及中医文献研究来解读"平人"的内涵,并从养生、预防、治疗三个层面来探讨"平人"内涵对健康维护的启示作用。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that ＂yin and yang in relative equilibrium＂ is the health status. The ＂Pingren＂ mentioned in the （the Canon of Internal Medicine〉〉 is healthy individual. To investigate health is the theme of medical eternally. Purpose of medicine is to health maintenance. In this paper, the connotation of ＂Pingren＂ is interpre- ted by etymology and literature research. And to investigate the connotation of ＂Pingren＂ to the revelation of health main- tenance from three levels： health preservation, prevention and treatment.
