摘  要:目的:研究海参配伍西洋参的安全性与毒性。方法:采用不同剂量的海参冻干粉与西洋参提取物的混合物进行小鼠急性经口毒性试验、遗传毒性试验和大鼠30 d喂养试验,研究不同剂量实验组与对照组间的差异。结果:受试物最大耐受量达20000 mg/(kg·BW)时,对小鼠无毒性作用;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验的结果均为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养试验的动物体质量、进食量、食物利用率与阴性对照组比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);各剂量组血常规、生化检测指标与阴性对照组比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);病理组织学检查结果表明,受试物对大鼠肝、肾、胃肠、脾和睾丸等组织均无损害作用。结论:海参配伍西洋参在当前试验条件下未见产生不良反应。Objective:To study the safety and toxicity of Combination of Sea cucumber and panax quinquefoliumMeth- ods: Per os acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity tests and rat 30 day feeding test were conducted. The differences in experi- mental and control group with different doses were compared. Results : No toxicity of the sample to the mice was observed when the maximum tolerance dose of sample increased to 20000mg/kg BW; The results of mice myeloid cell micronucleus test , mice semen abnormality test and Ames test were all negative; No obvious diversity( P 〉 0.05 )was found by compa- ring the control group with the 30 days feeding test group in terms of weight, food intake, food utilizing ratio of the mice ; The results of routine blood test and bio - chemical test showed that no significant differences were noticed in the groups of mice with different doses(P 〉 0.05 ). The results of histopathological test showed that no damage to the liver, kidney, stomach, intestine, spleen and testis ofthe rats in each experimental groups. Conclusion : combination of Sea cucumber and panax quinquefolium is non - toxic and non - mutagen under the current experimental conditions.
