金氏消痔散治疗痔术后水肿疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察金氏消痔散(Jin’s Xiaozhisan Decoction)治疗痔术后水肿、疼痛的疗效。方法:将356例痔外剥内扎术后患者随机分为两组,治疗组(182例)术后口服金氏消痔散;对照组(174例)术后口服消脱止-M片,比较二者治疗痔术后水肿、疼痛的疗效。结果:两组术后第1天在水肿积分、疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第7天及术后14天,两组间比较差异有计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金氏消痔散能有效减轻痔术后水肿、疼痛症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the curative effect of edema, pain after Hemorrhoidectomy. Methods：356 cases of hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （ 182 cases）, postoperative oral Jin＇ s Xi- aozhisan Decoction ; the control group （174 cases）, postoperative oral Melilotus Extract Tablets, to compare the curative effect of postoperative edema, pain. Results ：Two groups of postoperative day 1 in edema integral and pain degree, there was no difference （P 〉 0.05） ; Postoperative day 7 and day 14, difference between the two groups has statistically signifi- cant meaning （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Jin^s Xiaozhisan Decoction can effectively relieve hemorrhoid postoperative edema, pain symptoms, alleviate patients＇pain and improve the patient＇s quality of life, worthy of clinical popularization and ap- plication.
