中医结合微创手术治疗高血压性脑出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医结合微创手术在高血压性脑出血治疗中的临床效果;方法:高血压性脑出血患者90例,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,对照组单行西医微创手术治疗,观察组行中医结合微创手术治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果、日常生活能力评定(ADL)及并发症情况;结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为75.56%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组;观察组与对照组治疗前及治疗后7 d,ADL评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后14 d、21 d、28 d,观察组ADL评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率为44.44%,对照组总并发症发生率为66.67%,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压性脑出血患者治疗中,使用中医结合西医微创手术,能有效提高治疗效果,改善患者生存质量,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of combination therapy in the treatment of hypertensive intraee- rebral hemorrhage with traditional Chinesemedicine（TCM） andminimally invasive surgery. Methods：Hypertensive intraee- rebralhemorrhage occurred in 90 eases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group, the control group with minimally invasive surgery, the observation group for treatment of traditional Chinese medi- cine andminimally invasive surgery. The curative effect ,activity of daily living（ADL） value and complications of the two groups of patients were observed. Results ：The observation group total effective rate was 93.33% , the control group the to- tal effective rate was 75.56% , the observation group treatment effect was significantly better than the control group ; the observation group and the control group before and after 7d treatment, no significant difference between ADL value（P 〉 0.05 ）, after treatment 14d, 21d, 28d, ADL value in observation group was better thanthe control group（P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total complication rate of observation group was 44.44% , control group, the complication rate was 66.67% , the compli- cation rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In the treatment of patients with hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage, the use of combination of Chinese tra- ditional medieineandminimally invasive surgery, can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve the quality of life of patients, redueethe incidence of complications, worthy of clinical application.
