摘  要:针对传统黑板擦拭过程中造成粉尘污染,易引发慢性呼吸道疾病的缺陷,设计了一款自动清理的无尘黑板。由书写装置、除尘装置和传动装置、支架4部分组成。将柔性黑板板面固定在传动装置上,通过电机带动黑板板面的转动,实现书写区域的上下移动。柔性板在转动的过程中,与其背面除尘装置中的湿润的板擦毛条相互摩擦,将粉尘吸附擦除。整个装置不仅实现了书写区与粉尘擦除区的分离,而且能够达到无飞溅式吸附除尘,极大地降低了粉尘污染,彻底解决黑板粉尘污染问题。According to the dust pollution caused by the traditional blackboard erasing process defects, which could easily cause chronic respiratory disease, this paper designs a self-cleaning dustless blackboard. This one is composed of a writing device, dust removing device, a driving device and a bracket. The flexible blackboard face is fixed on the transmission device driving the rotation of the blackboard, through the motor, realizes the writing region moving up and down. Flexible plate in the process of rotation, and the back side of the blackboard eraser dust removing device for wet wool mutual friction, will erase the dust adsorption. The whole device can separate the writing area and the dust erased area, and can achieve the non-existence of splash adsorption dust, which greatly reduces the dust pollution, completely solves the problem of dust pollution of the blackboard.
