摘  要:采用微波消解法对海参、贻贝、鱼等海产品进行处理,消解液为HNO3-HClO4(体积比4∶1)混酸体系,并使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对其体壁中的铜、镉、铅3种微量元素的含量进行测定。采用加标回收法对比检验方法的可靠性,加标回收率为93%~105%,检出限均小于0.08μg/g。实验结果表明,海产品中的铅含量较高,镉次之。微波消解法具有高效、快速、节约试剂等优点。Microwave digestion was used to digest cucumber, mussels, fish and other seafood in the mixed acid system of HNO3-HC104(4 : 1). Its contents of Cu, Cd and Pb in the body wall of the marine products were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS). The detect reliability was contrasted and verified by the recovery test. The addition standard recoveries were 93%-105% and the detection limits were below 0.08 μg/g. The results showed that the Pb content was the highest, and the Cd was the second high in the seafood. Microwave digestion process shows the advantages of efficient, rapid and saving agents.
