滤泡型甲状腺乳头状癌的超声表现与半乳糖凝集素-3的表达与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨滤泡型甲状腺乳头状癌(FV-PTC)的超声图像特征,分析半乳糖凝集素-3(Calectin-3)在FV-PTC中表达的意义。方法分析73例经病理证实的经典型乳头状癌(C-PTC)及FV-PTC的超声图像与免疫组化Galectin-3表达情况。结果 C-PTC及FV-PTC在结节的边界、微钙化、声晕及纵横比这些征象间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。Galectin-3在FVPTC中表达呈阴性或弱阳性的占78.6%(22/28);Galectin-3在C-PTC中表达呈中度阳性及强阳性的占55.6%(25/45),两者比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论不同的病理亚型使FV-PTC在超声图像上表现为良性肿瘤的特征,肿瘤侵袭性也较C-PTC低,需要做出多方面的分析,才能提高诊断正确率。Objective To investigate the sonographic features of follicular variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma （FV-PTC） and analyze the expression of galectin-3 in FV-PTC.Methods A total of 73 patients with FV-PTC （FV-PTC group） or classic papillary thyroid carcinoma （C-PTC group） confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The boundary,microcalcification,acoustic halo and aspect ratio were statistically different between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.The expression of negative or weakly positive galectin-3 in FV-PTC was 78.6％ （22/28）,and that of moderately positive or strongly positive galectin-3 in C-PTC was 55.6％ （25/45）.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion That ultrasonic presentation of FV-PTC shows the characteristics of benign tumor is closely related to its pathological subtypes.The invasiveness of FV-PTC was lower than that of C-PTC.To make complete analysis helps to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
