摘  要:李玲是我国首次获得田径世界杯女子撑竿跳高冠军的运动员,并在2013年第12届全运会中以4.65 m的成绩创造女子撑竿跳高中国和亚洲纪录。主要运用影片拍摄法及影片解析等方法对李玲助跑与起跳阶段技术进行运动学分析,其研究结论主要表现在:保持快速助跑状态下的加速节奏是提高撑竿跳高成绩的关键因素,步长差在0.006~0.40 m范围内能取得较好成绩;起跳时水平速度损失率较少垂直速度增加率大是提高成绩的关键;起跳点均超过上握手地面投影点,有利于逼压撑竿。本研究为我国女子撑竿跳高运动的科学化训练提供借鉴和参考,促进我国女子撑竿跳高技术的飞速发展具有重大意义。Li Ling is the first winner in China of women's pole vault in Athletics World Cup,and she created a new China and Asian record with a score of 4. 65 m in 12 th National Games. This study analyzed the run-up and takeoff techniques by the methods of video production and kinematic analysis. Conclusions: Keeping acceleration during rapid run-up phase is the key to improve the performance of pole vault; gap of steps length in run-up with 0. 006-0. 4m is benefit for getting good performance. Less loss of horizontal speed and more increase of vertical velocity are the keys to promote performance. Takeoff points are over ground projective points of upper holding hand,which is benefit for pressing pole. This study provides references for the scientific training of female pole vaulters in China,and it is meaningful for promoting the development of China women's pole vault.
