40例成年男性左侧精索静脉的解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的 为了提供精索静脉曲张手术治疗的相关形态学依据,研究男性左侧精索静脉的解剖学特征.方法 采用40具成年男性尸体标本,观察并记录左侧精索静脉的起源、数目、走行、长度、汇入部位等解剖特征.结果 左侧精索静脉在不同部位的数目相差较大;左侧精索静脉行程较长为121.38～220.66（181.53±15.12）mm;左精索静脉多以直角汇入左肾静脉中段（74.36％）;左侧精索静脉在上行后汇合成1支处的外径为（3.14±0.43）mm,在肾静脉入口处平均外径为（4.50±0.58）mm.结论 精索静脉曲张手术治疗时,不同手术入路处精索静脉的分支数目不同,应避免漏扎.Objective To provide morphological basis for the operation treatment of varicocele related, measure the left spermatic vein anatomic structnre of males. Methods 40 adult male corpse specimens, observed and recorded the origin, number, direction, length of the left side of the spermatic vein. Results The number of the left spermatic vein in different parts was largely difference, long of left spermatic vein was 121.38±220.66 （181.53±15.12）mm. Left spermatic vein with right angle converge into the middle of left renal vein（7d.36%）, left spermatic vein converge into 1 after ascending branch of outer diameter of （3.14±0.43）mm, the average diameter at the entrance of renal vein was （4.50±0.58）mm. Conclusion Surgical operation in treating varicocele, different surgical approaches of spermatic vein branch number is different, should avoid to leak.
