摘 要:目的:探讨喉癌中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及白细胞介素-17受体(IL-17R)的表达与临床病理的关系。方法:选择80例喉鳞状细胞癌患者为研究对象,选择80例声带息肉患者和80例健康人群为对照组。统计IL-17及IL-17R的表达情况,并对IL-17及IL-17R的表达与喉癌临床病理进行统计学分析。结果:喉癌组织IL-17及IL-17R的表达强度高于癌旁组织和声带息肉,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喉癌组织IL-17及IL-17R的表达阳性率高于癌旁组织和息肉组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);但癌旁组织和息肉组织IL-17及IL-17R的表达阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);喉癌组织中IL-17及IL-17R的表达与原发灶分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);喉癌患者术前IL-17水平明显高于对照组,术后IL-17水平明显较术前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:喉癌中IL-17及IL-17R可出现高表达;IL-17及IL-17R的表达与喉癌原发灶分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关;IL-17及IL-17R的表达参与了喉癌的发生及发展。Objective: To study expression of Interleukin 17, Interleukin 17 receptor in laryngeal cancer and its correla- tion with clinical pathology. Methods.. 80 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma patients were selected as the research ob- ject, and 80 cases of vocal cord polyp patients and 80 healthy people were selected as control groups. The expression of IL-17 and IL-17 R, and the correlation with laryngeal cancer clinical pathology were analyzed for statistical analysis. Results: The expression strength of IL-17 and IL-17 R in laryngeal cancer tissue were higher than tissue adjacent to carcinoma and vocal cords polyp, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The expression positive rate of Laryngeal cancer tissue IL-17 and IL-17 R (75.0%, 70.0%) was higher than tissue adjacent to carcinoma and polyp tissue, and the difference was statisti- cally significant (P〈0.01), but the IL-17 and IL-17 R positive expression of the tissue adjacent to carcinoma and polyp tissue had no statistical differences (P〉0.05). The expression of IL-17 and IL-17 R in laryngeal cancer tissue were correlated withprimary tumors in installment, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis (P〈 0.05) ; Preoperative II.-17 levels of Laryngeal cancer patients were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01 ), postoperative IL - 17 levels dropped obviously compared with preoperative level, and the difference was statistically sig nificant (P〈0.01). Conclusion: IL-17 and II.-17 R in the larynx can show high expression level; ]L-17 and IL 17 R expression are closely related laryngeal cancer primary tumors installment, the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis. The ex pression of IL-17 and IL-17 R involved in laryngeal cancer occurrence and development.
