重组人血管内皮抑制素联合常规化疗对晚期胃癌患者血液中相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析重组人血管内皮抑制素联合常规化疗对晚期胃癌患者血液中相关指标的影响。方法:选择在本院接受住院治疗的晚期胃癌患者116例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组(58例)接受重组人血管内皮抑制素联合常规化疗,对照组(58例)接受常规化疗,比较两组血清侵袭相关指标、凋亡相关指标、免疫相关指标等蛋白表达水平差异。结果:观察组治疗后的血清nm23、Syndecan-1蛋白表达水平高于对照组,S100A4、ARK5、HPA-1蛋白表达水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的Bad、Noxa、p57K I P2、Bax蛋白表达水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的CD44v6、CD105、CD34、CD133蛋白表达水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人血管内皮抑制素联合常规化疗可以有效抑制胃癌患者肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移能力,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡并改善患者预后。Objective：To analyze influence of human recombinant endostatin combining with standard chemotherapy on blood related indicators of advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods： 116 patients of advanced gastric cancer treated in our hos- pital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group （58 cases） and control group （58 cases）. The observation group received human recombinant endostatin combining with standard chemotherapy, while control group received routine chemotherapy. Compared the serum invasion related indicators including apoptosis, immune related protein expression between the two groups. Results： 1） serum nm23, Syndecan-1 protein expression levels of the observation group patients were higher than that of the control group, S100A4 protein expression, ARK5, HPA-1 levels were lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05） ;2） Serum Bad, Noxa, p57K1P2 , Bax protein expression levels of the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）; 3） serum CD44v6, CD105 and CD34, CD133 protein expression levels of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Recombinant human endostatin combi-ning with standard chemotherapy can effectively inhibit tumor cells in patients with gastric cancer invasion and metastasis ability, it can promote tumor cell apoptosis and improve patients prognosis.
