摘　　要：目的:探讨Cdc10依赖性转录因子1(Cdt1)和微小染色体维持蛋白6(Mcm6)在视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)中的表达及其与Rb分化程度和视神经浸润的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法对26例Rb常规石蜡标本中Cdt1和Mcm6的表达进行检测,分析二者与肿瘤分化程度及视神经浸润的关系。结果:Cdt1和Mcm6在所有Rb中呈阳性表达,在瘤旁正常视网膜中不表达;二者在未分化组中的表达高于分化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在视神经浸润组中Cdt1的表达低于未浸润组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Mcm6的表达与视神经浸润不相关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Cdt1和Mcm6与Rb的分化程度有关,Cdt1与视神经浸润有关。Objective： To investigate the expression of Cdcl0 dependent transcriptl（Cdtl） and minichromosome mainte- nance complex component6 （Mcm6） in retinoblastoma （Rb） ,and their relationship with the degree of differentiation and optic nerve infiltration. Methods： Immunohistochemieal staining was carried out to detect the expression of Cdtl and Mcm6 in 26 paraffin embedded Rb samples. The relationship of their expression with tumor differentiation and optic nerve infiltration were analyzed. Results：Expression of Cdtl and Mcm6 were positive in all Rb samples, but negative in tumor adjacent retina. Ex- pression level of Cdtl was significantly higher in patients with optic nerve invasion than in cases without optic nerve invasion （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in Mcm6 expression between the cases with and without optic nerve invasion （P〈0.05）. The expression levels of Cdtl and Mcm6 were significantly higher in the undifferentiation group than that in the differ- entiation group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Cdtl and Mcm6 are correlated with cell differentiation of Rb. Cdtl is correlated with optic nerve invasion.
