摘  要:从唐山市周边地区平菇栽培基地的制种间空气中分离筛选到4株严重抑制平菇菌丝生长的细菌杂菌菌株,微生物学鉴定结果显示,4株细菌分别为葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus)、短状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus brevis)、假单胞菌(Pseudomonas)和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。其中,葡萄球菌对平菇菌丝的抑制程度最高,其次是假单胞菌和枯草芽孢杆菌,短状芽孢杆菌的抑制程度较低。Four competitor bacteria isolates were isolated and selected from the air of seeding area around the cultivation factory of mushroom in Tangshan City, which had shown high inhibition ability to the mycelium growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.The four bacteria isolates were identified to be Staphylococcus, Bacillus brevis followed, and Pseudomonas and Bacillus subtilis.The Staphylococcus had the highest inhibition ability, then Pseudomonas and Bacillus subtilis followed, and Bacillus brevis had the lowest inhibition ability to the mycelium growth of Pleurotus ostreatus.
