摘　　要：职称专业化导向下辅导员治理结构体系是由高校各职能部门、辅导员、学生、制度环境等要素构成的有机整体,这个治理结构体系是围绕辅导员专业化、职业化目标的达成而设计的。但高校辅导员治理结构如何形成与发展呢?笔者在分析既有结构缺陷及成因的基础上,以集体行动的逻辑理论为依托,以高校辅导员职业能力标准要求为导向,提出构建有利于辅导员专业化、职业化形成与发展的新治理结构体系。The system of counselor governance structure is an organic whole made up of elements such as functional departments,counselors,students and institutional environment under title professional guidance,which is designed through the specialization and professionalization of counselors. But how does the governance structure form and develop among college counselors？ The author analyzes the defects and causes of existing structures,based on the logic theory of collective action,with the guidance of college counselors＇ professional ability standard,proposes a new system of governance structure and the implementation strategy.
