摘　　要：相关机构在进行有关河南形象的政策设计以前,应把握网络空间中英语母语者呈现事实和表达态度的修辞策略。如此,才能加强人才培养等方面的针对性,优化河南国际形象。Before policy-making, government should learn about blog＇s rhetoric strategies employed by English discourse producers in representing facts and expressing attitude, and examine them in view of cognitive metaphor. Only if so, pointed measures will be taken in talent training and the like, and Henan＇s international image will be improved.
