摘 要:社会对法律人才需求的转变,必然敦促法学教育的变革。培养体系属培养模式的重要因素,是实现人才培养目标的方式、手段。法学教育具有先天优势和劣势的地方理工院校法律教育环境,对其法学培养模式、培养目标的合理构建具有极其重要的影响意义。有怎样的培育目标,就有与之相适应的培养体系。改革人才培养体系,首先需要确定人才培养目标,然后分别从课程体系设置、教学环节设置方面提出具体、全面、科学的改革设计。It is known that the transitions of social needs of legal professionals can lead to the reform of legal education. The training system, one of the most vital factors of training mode, is also an access to achieve the objec- tives of personnel training. As for local colleges and universities of science and engineering which have congenital advantages and disadvantages of legal education, the innovation of training system of which can be the hinge to found legal training mode and achieve reasonable construction of training targets. Moreover, there are several diverse types of training systems which aim to the corresponding training objectives. So as to set up a better training system, the training targets need establishing in the first. Afterwards, some specific, comprehensive and scientific designs will be put forward in curriculum system and teaching arrangement
