摘 要:近年来,汽车总布置设计工作逐步细化和深入。可维修性校核是总布置DMU检查中一项重要的工作。文章根据车辆保养频率、零部件的使用寿命及对零部件的维修频率进行分级,并运用关键性指标对不同零部件或者总成进行主观评价。利用打分法对整车各系统进行可维修性校核,并应用相关准则进行评价校核结果,以在设计过程中指导整车总布置设计。In recent years, vehicle packaging work goes more and more deeply. Serviceability check is one important part of vehicle DMU check. This paper introduces a method to classify the serviceability based on vehicle maintenance interval, parts life time and the frequency of parts maintenance, and using the key factors to carry out subjective evaluation for different parts and assembly. Giving a mark to check the serviceability for different parts and assembly, at the same time the check results are evaluated according to related principles in order to guild vehicle packaging design in the vehicle development.
