摘　　要：产学研用相结合是高教改革与发展的方向,是培养应用型人才的重要举措。近年来,东南大学成贤学院化工与制药工程系充分发挥独特的地理优势,不断整合校内外办学资源,以人才培养模式改革为核心,以产学研用相结合为突破口,全面提升人才培养质量,为企业培养了大批化工与制药类应用型本科人才。The orientation of the reform in higher education is to train applied talents, which means, when teaching, the teachers must not only teach the students with the compiled content in textbooks, but also let the students go to the enterprises and research units to learn practical technology and skills. Re- cent years, the Department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering of Chengxian College in South- east University, by making full use of the unique geographical advantage and integrating the internal and external education resources, did a breakthrough. The reform results, the upgrade of the talents＇ quality and a bunch of chemical engineers and applied talents have cultivated for the needs of enterprises.
