摘　　要：我国知识服务产业发展已初具规模,知识服务产业的知识共享机制已经成为其协调发展、快速应对市场变化的必要手段,已经或者正在成为知识服务产业发展的瓶颈。从其发展实际出发,厘定了相关概念;知识服务产业知识共享的影响因素主要有共享环境、共享主体(学习能力、依赖、信任与沟通)和共享客体(知识性资源、技术性资源);知识服务产业知识共享机制是由共享环境(资源环境、技术环境、网络环境、制度环境、文化环境)、存储系统、知识协同、共享平台(学习、转移、共享与创造知识)构成的一个有机统一体,其形成与完善、科学与高效,必将促进我国知识服务产业的发展,推动其早日成为国家支柱产业。The development of China＇s knowledge-based service industry has begun to take shape, and the mechanism of knowledge sharing, as a necessary means for knowledge service industry coordination development and rapid response to changes in the market, has been or is becoming the bottleneck of the development of knowledge service industry. From the develoPment reality, the paper defines relevant concepts. Influencing factors of the knowledge service industry knowledge sharing mainly include sharing environment, sharing subject （learning ability, dependence, trust and communication） and the object （resource sharing of knowledge resources, technical knowledge service industry）. Knowledge sharing mechanism is a unity of organic composition which is composed of a shared environment （ resources and environment, technology environment, network environment, system environment, and culture environment）, knowledge synergy, storage system, sharing platform （learning knowledge, knowledge transfer, knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and knowledge）. Its formation and perfection, scientificity and high efficiency will promote the development of Chinese knowledge service industry, and promote it become a pillar industry in the country.
