摘　　要：通过问卷调查的方式调研和分析企业情报部门建设情况、技术竞争情报的主要获取渠道和技术竞争情报的需求情况。通过李克特量表调查企业情报工作人员对高校图书馆为企业提供技术竞争情报服务的态度。根据调研结果提出提高技术竞争情报认知度、积极建设情报部门、拓宽信息获取渠道、开展情报"深加工"、增强竞争意识、做到全方位信息扫描、寻求高校图书馆合作、共建技术竞争情报系统等建议。This paper firstly describes the status of construction intelligence and the demand of technical intelligence in sector, the main channel to enterprises through the get technical method of questionnaire. Through Likert Scale, the paper reflects the attitude of the staff at the enterprise intelligence apartment toward the providing of competitive technical intelligence by university libraries. Several suggestions are given according to the survey, such as to raise awareness of competitive technical intelligence and build intelligence apartment actively, broaden access to information and carry out ＂ deep processing＂ of intelligence, enhance the sense of competition and achieve comprehensive information scanning, seek university libraries＇ cooperation and build a competitive technical intelligence system together.
