加味泽泻汤治疗水饮上泛型后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察加味泽泻汤对水饮上泛型后循环缺血性眩晕的治疗效果。方法 67例患者随机分为治疗组33例与对照组34例,对照组采用天麻素注射液静滴及内科基础治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用加味泽泻汤治疗,14 d为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.9%,对照组总有效率为79.4%,经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味泽泻汤治疗水饮上泛型后循环缺血性眩晕具有良好疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of generic posterior circulation ischemia vertigo flavored water drink on Alisma soup. Methods 67 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 33 patients with a control group of 34 patients in the control group were treated with intravenous injection of Tianma treatment and medical basis; treatment group were treated based on Alisma soup flavored with treatment,14 days for a course of treatment,after the end of a course of treatment efficacy. Results The total effective rate was 93. 9% in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 79. 4%,the test,there are two sets of clinical total effective rate difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Alisma soup flavored water to drink on the generic treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo has a good effect
