摘　　要：良好的运作机制和发展战略能够使集团的优势得到充分发挥。本文就这两方面对江苏海事职业教育集团进行了研究,研究认为:集团应采用市场与创新机制,竞争与合作机制,质量与品牌战略,经营主营业务战略,规模化发展战略,国际化发展战略。Good mechanism and developing strategy can take the group strength into full play,and these two aspects are discussed in this essay.It is argued that the mechanism of market and innovation,competition and cooperation should be used,and the strategy of major business running,developing in a scale and developing internationally should also be applied.
