高职软件专业“校企共建班”培养模式的研究与启示

摘　　要：大学生毕业前不惜重金投身于社会软件培训机构接受再教育,这一现象给高校的IT教育带来了强烈的冲击和反思。本文针对此问题,分析了软件培训机构在IT人才培养模式上的优势,探讨与IT培训机构合作,通过开办"校企共建班",构建新的课程体系和教学模式,培养"双师型教师"和"技能型"IT人才,从而实现多元化的办学模式与人才培养模式。This essay analyzes the strength of social software training institutions in IT talents training,and explores the talents training way through college and enterprise cooperation.A class is established to be trained by both the vocational college and the social IT training institution,and new course system and teaching mode is constructed.Through this way,teachers with double quality and skilled IT technicians can be trained;the diversification of school-running and talents training can be also achieved.
