摘　　要：目的了解青岛某高校大学生艾滋病防控知识知晓率和开展艾滋病健康教育需求情况。方法 2013年对青岛某大学1 260名大一至研三的学生进行艾滋病知识问卷调查。结果调查1 260名大学生,对艾滋病三大传播途径知晓率为91.80% ,城市学生知晓率高于农村学生(P<0.01);大学生对性知识需要渴望,对艾滋病传播、防控及安全套正确使用等方面知识了解不够全面,对待艾滋病的态度和自身行为控制方面存在着一定的差异。结论高校大学生对艾滋病防控知识及行为方式存在一定问题,需要进一步通过多种形式健康教育进行干预,以提高自我防护意识,建立正确的生活方式和态度,远离艾滋病。Objective To understand the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control and the need of health education on AIDS among students ina university,Qingdao city.Methods In 2013,aquestionnaire survey was conducted among 1260 freshmen-to senior college and postgraduate students on AIDS knowledge.Results Of 1 260 students surveyed,the awareness rate of the three major transmission routes of AIDS was 91.80% in college students.The awareness rate was higher among students from urban area than that of students from rural area.The college students presented strong need for sexual knowledge,and lack comprehensive knowledge on the spread,prevention and control of AIDS as well as the correct use of condoms.In addition,there were differences in their attitudes and protected behaviors toward AIDS.Conclusion In college students,there are problems in their awareness of the AIDS prevention and control,and also in their relevant behaviors.Interventions should be made among college students with various types of health education to improve their self-protection,and help them establish a positive attitude and life style to stay away from AIDS.
