摘　　要：目的分析大连市全体学生死亡情况,为制定有效的预防措施提供科学依据。方法对大连市2004～2013年10年来全体学生中死亡情况进行分析。结果2004～2013年,大连市全体学生中死亡人数812人,年平均死亡率为10.06/10万。其中,各种意外死亡为571人,占70.32% 。各种意外死因顺位为交通事故、溺水和自杀。不同学习阶段比较,死亡率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,以中学生为最高（12.30/10万）;因疾病死亡在中学最高（4.11/10万）;自杀在中学最高（1.43/10万）;交通事故中专/技校最高（3.62/10万）;溺水死亡,在小学最高（3.53/10万）,随学习阶段的升高而下降。农村学生死亡率高于城市（P〈0.01）。交通事故、溺水农村中小学高于城市;自杀农村小学高于城市。结论意外死亡是防控重点,尤其是农村学生。中小学生是防护的重点人群。Objective To analyze the total mortality among the students in Dalian city,so as to provide scientific basis for effective preventive measures.Methods Analysis was made on data of the total mortality among the students in Dalian city,2004-2013.Results The total death was 812 people during 2004-2013.The mortality was 10.06/10^5.Accident death was 571 people,accounting for 70.32% .The main causes of accident death were traffic accidents,drowning and suicide.There was a statistical difference between different learning stage（P〈0.01）,the highest was middle school students（12.30/10^5）;The largest rate of disease death occurred in middle school（4.11/10^5）;the highest suicide rate was in middle school（1.43/10^5）;the highest traffic accidents rate was in technical secondary schools（3.62/10^5）;the rate of drowning was inferior by the classes of education,particularly in primary school（3.53/10^5）.There was also a statistical difference between urban and rural area,and higher mortality was found in rural area.The mortality of traffic accidents and drowning were higher in rural primary and secondary school;higher suicide mortality was found in rural primary school.Conclusion The key point of prevention is accident death,especially in rural area;Primary and in Middle school students are the key multitude in this research.
