摘　　要：法治文化建设是高校文化建设的重要组成部分,是高校法治建设的主要内容和精神动力,新时期进一步加强高校法治文化建设,是培养大学生法治文化素养的需要,是构建和谐校园及和谐社会的必然要求。The construction of legal culture is an important part of the culture construction in universities, and it is the main content and spiritual power of legal construction in universities. Strengthening the legal culture construction in universities in the new era is the need of developing college students＇ legal culture attainments and the essential requirement of building a harmonious society and harmonious campus.
