高压共轨系统喷油量波动补偿控制的研究

摘  要:在分析高压共轨电磁式喷油器多次喷射油量特点的基础上,给出了通过调节主喷电流持续时间来调整主喷脉冲宽度进而补偿主喷油量波动的方法。使用AMESim仿真软件对喷油器进行仿真分析,得到主喷油量随主预间隔时间变化规律,确定了对应于不同间隔时间的主喷油量与目标喷油量的差值;建立了主喷油量与主喷电流持续时间的关系模型,根据误差值确定主喷电流持续时间;基于MATLAB Simulink仿真软件对主喷油量波动进行函数拟合从而得到持续时间误差,在ECU外围进行补偿,达到了波动补偿的效果。Based on analyzing jet fuel characteristics of high pressure common rail solenoid injector many times, an approach was given by adjusting the main jet current duration to adjust pulse width so as to compensate fluctuations of the main jet quantity. AMESIM simulation software was used to simulate injector, variation of the main injection quantity with pre-interval was gotten, difference between main injection quantity and goal corresponding to different intervals was gotten; the relational model between main jet quantity and the main jet current dura- tion was established, and main jet current duration was determined based on the error value. MATLAB Simulink simulation software was used to fit the main injection quantity fluctuations so as to get the duration error. The error was compensated out of ECU, and the compensation effect was reached.
