摘　　要：通过计算和模拟简单工况条件下座椅调角器输出的扭矩,研究调角器在各个复杂工况下的扭矩输出。利用Hyper Mesh建立有限元模型,使用LS_DYNA进行计算,并采用Hyper View和Hyper Graph进行数据处理,输出调角器扭矩曲线。Output torque of seat recliner under complicated conditions was studied through mathematic calculation and simulating the seat recliner output torque under simple situation. By applying HyperMesh, a finite element model was established. The recliner torque curves were converted after LS_DYNA was used to calculate and HyperView and HyperGraph were used to process data.
