莆田地区妊娠糖尿病患者健康教育需求调查分析

摘　　要：采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对213例妊娠糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,探讨莆田地区妊娠糖尿病患者健康教育需求状况,为开展针对性健康教育提供依据。结果:90%以上妊娠糖尿病患者需要健康教育;不同文化层次间患者选择健康教育途径有明显的差异(x2=16.96,P<0.01);单因素分析显示,年龄叟30岁、农村、文化程度低、体力劳动者、医疗自费的妊娠糖尿病患者健康教育需求率较高。结果表明:根据患者对健康教育需求,给予针对性的健康指导,可减轻产妇和胎儿并发症的发生,提高其生活质量和自我保健的能力。213 in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were inquired with questionnaire designed by ourselves. It investigated the degree of knowing gestational diabetes mellitus knowledge in Putian region. It provided scientific reference for carrying out health educational. The results are： more than 90 percent of patients needed requirement for health education; There was significant difference in choice of health education in different education levels of GDM patients （P〈0.01）. Single factor analysis showed that age 30 years old or more, health education demand higher rates of GDM patients. The patients with diabetes should be given different health direction according to different health education requirement to decrease the complications of patients and fetus, and to improve patients＇ living quality and ability of self health care.
