Fhit、P14^(ARF)及Caspase-3在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：探讨Fhit、P14ARF、Caspase-3蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌(EA)、子宫内膜不典型增生(EIN)、正常子宫内膜中的表达及意义。采用免疫组化SP法检测60例EA、30例EIN、30例正常子宫内膜中Fhit、P14ARF、Caspase-3蛋白的表达及相关性。结果显示,EA中三种蛋白的阳性表达率显著低于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.01)。Fhit的阳性表达与EA的手术-病理分期、组织分级、肌层浸润和淋巴转移相关(P<0.05),P14ARF、Caspase-3的阳性表达仅与EA的组织分级相关(P<0.01)。在EA中三种蛋白间存在明显正相关性(均P<0.01)。结果表明,三种蛋白的表达下降,可能对子宫内膜腺癌的早期诊断、发生发展和判断预后具有一定的参考价值。The paper detected the expression of the Fhit, P14^ARF and Caspase-3 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma （EA）, endometrial atypical hyperplasia （EIN） and the normal endometrium and its clinical significance. The expression and relevance of Fhit, P14^ARF and Caspase-3 protein in 60 cases of EA, 30 cases of EIN and 30 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected by streptavidin-perosidase （SP） immunohistochemical staining. The positive rates of the three protein in EA were significantly lower than those in normal endometrium （P〈0.01）. The positive expression of Fhit was related to the surgical-pathologic staging of EA, organizational grade, myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. The positive expressions of P14^ARF and Caspase-3 were only related to the organizational grade of EA （P〈0.01）. The every two protein of the three protein were all of significant positive correlation in EA （P〈0.01）. Decrease in the three protein expression has certain reference value in early diagnosis, progression and prognosis of the EA.
