摘 要:以钛酸锶钡(BST)超薄片为基体材料,添加聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)聚合物,制备出具有较高柔性的2-2型陶瓷基复合薄膜。结果表明不同PVDF/NMP比值的复合薄膜的介电常数在所测频率范围内(100 Hz^10 MHz)均呈现出先下降,然后趋于平稳,最后再慢慢下降的趋势。不同PVDF/NMP比值薄膜的介质损耗在该频率段内均呈现出先下降后上升的趋势。当PVDF∶NMP为1∶8时,复合薄膜的综合性能达到最佳,在100 Hz时,薄膜介电常数为60,介质损耗为0.14。2-2 type flexible ceramic matrix composite film was prepared by using barium strontium titanate (BST) uhrathin slices as the matrix and poly vinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer as the addition. The results showed that with the differnt ratio of PVDF:NMP, the dielectric constant of the composite films had the same regularity, as the frequency varies from 100 Hz to 10 MHz, the dielectric constant firstiy decreased, and then tend to be stable , finally declined slowly. The dielectric loss of the composite films also had the same regularity in this frequency range, they firstly decreased, and then increased as the frequency became higher and higher. When PVDF: NMP = 1: 8, the comprehensive performance of the composite film was the best. The films dielectric constant was 60 and the dielectric loss was 0.14 when the frequency was 100 Hz.
