摘 要:分别研究了结构钢-玻璃-可伐合金系统的封接温度、封接时间和氮气流量对封接性能的影响,通过对接插件润湿性、气密性和结合强度的测试确定了熔封工艺的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:最佳封接温度为960℃,封接时间10 min,氮气流量2.5 m3/h,封接中间过渡层铁元素富集,金属与玻璃形成互锁结构,明显改善接插件的耐压性能。Influence of the sealing temperature, sealing time and nitrogen gas flow among structural steel- glass-kovar system on the sealing properties was studied separately. The optimum process parameter was confirmed by testing wettability, lightness and bonding strength. The result shows that: the optimum sealing temperature was 960 ~C, sealing time was 10 min, nitrogen gas flow was 2.5 m3/h. Iron element enriched in sealing center transition layer. An interlocking structure formed between metal and glass which improved pressure resistance obviously.
