摘 要:以凹凸棒石和丙烯酰胺为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,以水为介质制备了凹凸棒石/聚丙烯酰胺复合增稠剂。在对增稠剂的流变性能的测试的基础上从亚微观结构的角度研究了引发剂含量、皂化时所用NaOH浓度及凹凸棒石的添加量对所制备的复合增稠剂的粘度及耐电解质性能的影响,并通过对最佳实验条件的验证,探讨该复合增稠剂的增稠机理。并将其应用于聚丙烯酸乳液,达到了良好的增稠效果。With acrylamide as monomer, palygorskite as the additive, ammonium persulfate as initiator, water as medium, palygorskite/polyaerylamide composited thickeners were prepared via in-situ polymerization. On the basis of measuring rheological properties of the thickeners, the dependence of the viscosity, electrolyte resistance of the composited thickeners on the initiator concentrations, concentrations of saponification agent ( sodium hydroxide) and palygorskite contents was investigated from the perspective of microscopic structure. By verifying the established optimum technological condition, thickening mechanism of composited thickeners was explored. And the composited thickeners were applied to the polyacrylic emulsion, which resulted in good thickening effect for the inorganic/organic composited thickener.
