摘　　要：用PVC/PE的复合硬片替代泡罩包装中的PVC片,以PE层做为内层材料直接接触产品,避免PVC接触产品导致的安全风险,同时将PTP铝箔热封层的VC胶改为聚烯烃类热熔胶,降低溶剂残留。文章从走机效果、阻隔性能、热合强度、通路试验等方面开展试验和测试,测试结果表明以PVC/PE复合硬片为成泡基材,以水性聚氨酯和聚烯烃改性胶为热封层的PTP铝箔为覆盖材料,形成的铝塑泡罩包装,可用于实际生产使用。PVC/PE film replace PVC film with a PE layer as the inner layer material directly contacting the products to avoid the security risks caused by PVC in contact with the product in blister packaging. To reduce the risk of residual solvents, VC adhesive for PTP aluminum foil is replaced by polyolefin hot melt adhesive. Production effect, barrier property, Heat seal strength, Transportation effort was tested in the study. The result is that PVC/PE fihn replace PVC film is feasiblein in blister packaging.
