摘 要:以某企业不同吨位液压挖掘机为研究对象,计算其回转系统能量回收效率,验证了蓄能器适用范围和节能效果。选择广泛使用的皮囊式蓄能器作为储能元件,得到其相关工作参数,并通过回转系统模型搭建、理论计算和AMESim软件仿真,得到3种不同吨位液压挖掘机回收的能量。理论计算与仿真结果较吻合,证明了回转系统模型的正确性。同时,对不同吨位液压挖掘机能量回收效率的研究,为企业改善挖掘机节能效率提供了理论依据。Taking the different tonnage hydraulic excavators as the research objects, the rotary system energy recovery efficiency was calculated, application scope and energy saving effect of accumulator were verified. Choosing the bag type accumulator that was widely used as the energy storage component, the working parameters were obtained, through modeling of rotary system, theoretical cal-culation and AMESim simulation, energy recycled of the three different tonnage hydraulic excavators were acquired. The simulation re-sults fit well with theoretical calculation, which proves the accuracy of rotary system model. At the same time, the research about ener-gy recovery efficiency of different tonnage hydraulic excavators provides theory basis for enterprise to improve excavator energy saving efficiency.
