摘  要:根据平煤股份先锋矿超大倾角(39°)胶带输送机的结构特点和控制要求,建立了双电机驱动的超大倾角胶带输送机的控制算法。侧重介绍了超大倾角胶带输送机控制总体方案、胶带输送机的启动和停车速度图、变参数PID的速度控制器、基于速度补偿的双电机功率平衡控制算法等。应用表明,该控制算法完全能够满足超大倾角胶带输送机的运行要求,其速度和电机电流的控制误差均不超过±2%,提高了设备的可靠性,保证了设备与操作人员的安全。According to the structural features and control requirements of ultra-large inclination( 39°) belt conveyor in Xianfeng Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,a kind of control algorithm for ultra-large inclination belt conveyor which is driven by double motors was established. The overall control scheme of ultra-large inclination belt conveyor,speed chart for starting and stopping of the belt conveyor,variable parameters PID speed-controller,control algorithm for dual motor power balance based on the speed compensated were emphatically introduced. Applications show that,the control algorithm can fully meet the operational requirements of ultra-large inclination belt conveyor,and it's error of speed and motor current can keep in ± 2%,which improves the reliability of the equipment,and ensures the safety of equipment and operating personnel.
