摘　　要：独立学院保险人才培养是高等教育人才培养的重要组成部分,作为广东省唯一开设保险专业的独立学院,培养保险专业学生的实践能力是值得不断探索和研究的重要课题。本文通过理论和实证的研究方法,分析了保险专业学生实践能力训练的途径和保险专业学生实践面临的问题,有助于推动学院保险专业应用型人才的培养。The training of insurance talents in the independent college is an important part of higher education. As the only independent college in Guangdong province, it is an important project to explore how to train and improve the insurance majors＇ practical ability. By means of theoretical and empirical methods, this paper analyzes the path to train the students＇ practical abilities as well as the problems involving in the training, which will be helpful to promote the training of the practical insurance talents in the university.
