摘 要:运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等对黔北地区义务教育阶段体育教师的职业生存状态进行了研究。结果显示:义务教育阶段体育教师的学历现状符合国家要求,但专业不对口现象普遍存在;体育教师对工作条件的满意度较低,职业满意度不高,且具有一定的职业倦怠。建议:重视义务教育阶段体育教学工作,提高教师的工作满意度;提高义务教育阶段体育教师的待遇,稳定教师队伍;建立合理的评价机制和激励机制,提高义务教育阶段体育教师的职业自豪感;关注义务教育阶段体育教师的心理需求,降低其职业倦怠水平。This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics and so on to study the PE teachers’ living state of occupation at the stage of compulsory education in Northern Guizhou.The results showes: their education present situation is in accordance with national requirements,but the phenomenon of non professional counterparts exists generally; their satisfaction of working conditions is low and their satisfaction of occupation is not high which causes certain occupation burnout. Suggestions: to pay more attention to the PE teaching at the stage of compulsory education to improve the teachers’ job satisfaction; to improve their treatment to stablize teaching staff; to establish a rational evaluation system and incentive mechanism to improve the PE teachers’ pride of occupation; to pay more attention to their psychological needs to reduce the occupation burnout level.
