陕西省某医学院校护理本科生对老年人态度与父母养育方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解90后护生对老年人态度、父母养育方式及其相关性。方法:使用一般情况问卷、老年人态度量表、父母养育方式评价量表对本科护理专业1-4年级392名学生进行测评。结果:研究对象对老年人的态度总分160.95±19.60,态度正向、积极。父母养育方式与对老年人的态度相关性比较中,父母亲情感温暖理解与老年人的态度总分呈正相关,而惩罚严厉、拒绝否认与对老年人的态度呈负相关。结论:护理教育、父母养育方式影响护生对老年人态度,护理教育工作者有必要进行老年护理教育改革,帮助父母树立良好的教养方式,使护生在今后老龄化社会中能更好的从事老年护理工作。Objective： Understand nurses＇ attitudes towards older people, parental bonding styles and its correlation.Methods：392 nursing students at different grade, they were investigated with KAOP, EMBU and basic state questionnaire.Results：The score of KAOP was 160.95 ＆177; 19.60.There was a positive correlation between KAOP and emotional warmth of parents, and a negative correlation between KAOP and parental rejection, punishing.Conclusion： The nurses＇ attitudes towards older people affected by parental bonding styles, it should be improved by nursing education.
