摘　　要：建立牛乳中19种农药残留毛细管气相色谱方法。方法:采用丙酮和石油醚(40∶30)提取,硫酸净化,采用GCECD,Agilent CP-Sil 19CB/MS毛细管柱检测,外标法定量。比对添加回收率及检出农残种类,确定最佳硫酸浓度。丙酮和石油醚(40∶30)震荡提取,1∶1硫酸净化;平均添加回收率为90-140%,RSD为0-18.84%。建立的方法,检测时间短,紧密度良好,检出农残种类较多,适用于牛乳中农残的测定。To establish 19 kinds of pesticide residues in milk by capillary gaschromatography method.Using acetone and petroleum ether（40∶30） extraction,purification of sulphuric acid,using GC-ECD,Agilent CP-Sil 19CB/MS capillary column,using external standard method.Comparison of recoveries and detection of pesticide residue types,determine the best concentration of sulfuric acid.Acetone and petroleum ether（40∶30） shaking extraction,1：1 sulfate purification;average recovery for 90-140%,RSD for 0-18.84%.The established method,short detection time,tightness is good,the detection of more types of pesticide residues,suitable for determination of pesticide residues in milk.
