摘　　要：通过学习习近平总书记关于生态文明建设的一系列重要讲话精神,结合国家林业局与国家发展改革委员会的《石漠化综合治理二期工程规划思路研究》课题,从辩证唯物主义角度对我国的石漠化问题、继续推进石漠化治理的必要性和重要性以及实施石漠化综合治理工程的性质、指导思想、科学方法和目标等方面进行新认识,并将新认识运用到石漠化综合治理二期工程规划中,为石漠化综合治理二期工程规划的编制明确了方向。Through the study of a series of important speech published on ecological civilization construction by General Secretary Xi Jinping, Combined with the project of the State Forestry Administration and the national development and Reform Commission ＂study on the second-phase construction planning ideas of comprehensive treatment of rocky desertification＂, from the dialectical angle to our country＇ s the rocky desertification prob- lem, the necessity and importance of promoting the treatment of rocky desertification, and the new underStand- ing on the nature, guiding ideology, scientific method and target, etc. of the entire project. Then apply the new acknowledge to comprehensive desertification control in the second phase of the project planning, and pointthe clear direction for the second phase plannig of the project.
