摘　　要：介绍转化医学基本概念、研究情况及转化医学团队的内涵,阐述结构洞理论、基本观点及其测量,提出基于结构洞理论的转化医学团队网络建设方案。选取交叉学科背景的中间人占据结构洞,在每个学科团队选择恰当的主要联系人,以转化平台的服务跟进为保障,建立必要的研究网络。The paper introduces the basic concept,research status of translational medicine as well as the connotation of translational medicine team,elaborates the theory,basic ideas and measurement of structural holes theory,puts forward the construction plan of translational medicine team network based on structural holes theory.A man in the middle should be chose with interdisciplinary background to occupy the structural holes,contacting the appropriate personnel in each team.With foEow up service of the translational medicine platform,necessary research network is constructed.
