摘 要:随着人们对健康认识的不断深化,以及对体质研究的深入,学生体质健康自我诊断被认为是学生体质健康管理走向科学化的重要方式,与学校体质健康测试评估相比,学生体质健康自我诊断在价值取向、程序与方法以及结果使用等方面,更强调学生的自主性。国内外关于体质健康测试评估的主要现状与发展趋势为评价与测试指标导向健康指标与健康标准,重视评价效能的改进与建设,发挥评价健身价值教育,强调体质健康网络信息反馈平台与健身运动处方运用的研究,体质测评与生活实践相联系,归结指向决策与培养体育行动与能力。有鉴于此,我们应确立全面体质健康评价内容,开展体质健康项目测试,获取体质健康有效信息,并让学生通过多渠道的信息比较发现问题、诊断问题,建立健康信念,学习行动策略并获取健康行动能力,从而建立从体测数据变化中挖掘有用信息来形成动态诊断模式。With increasing public concerns of health and deepening studies on it,students' self-diagnosis of health has been considered as a significant part of scientific management of students' health.Self-diagnosis,compared with school health assessment,addresses more on autonomy in the perspective of value preference,assessment procedure and consequent application.The major focuses and expected developments of health assessment,both domestic and abroad,feature an increasing unification of the assessment standards with the health index,more importance attached to improvement of assessment efficiency,a wider influence of fitness education,an emphasis on the study of internet health information feedback system together with the application of exercise prescription,the correlation of health assessment and daily practice,as well as conclusions of directory strategies and health capability cultivation.Therefore,it's proposed to establish an all-rounded health assessment system so as to guide health tests and collect health information,through which students,after identifying and analyzing problems by comparing information from various sources,can strengthen their awareness about health,grasp the responsive strategies and thus acquire the capacity to take actions.Moreover,self-diagnosis itself evolves into a dynamic assessment based on effective information deprived from updating health assessment database.
